Returns and Refund Policy
Schumacher Electric Corporation (“Schumacher”) prides itself on designing and manufacturing quality products (“Product”) for its customers. For any questions about your Product or to troubleshoot any Product-related issues, we request that you first contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-621-5485, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (CST), or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you desire to return your Schumacher Product, the original purchaser may return the Product purchased in the original transaction, in its original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Schumacher will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy applies only to Products purchased directly from www.schumacherelectric.com. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the warranty provided in the owner’s manual of your Product.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to be processed. To obtain an RMA, please contact Customer Service. Schumacher recommends that you use UPS or FedEx Ground Service “Insured”.
